1) Yes, you can transfer files and photos over from Vista and use them on a Mac. Depending on what the file types are, you may need additional software on the Mac to be able to use them. The easiest way to transfer the files is probably a USB flash drive/USB hard drive. 2) Probably, but I'm not familiar with their services or what the costs are. 3) Macs come with Pages, Numbers, and Keynote (may possibly need to be installed from the Mac App Store but it'll be free), which are somewhat equivalent to Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. If you need to work extensively with .docx, .xlsx, and .pptx files, you'll probably want to get Office for Mac. 4) Apple no longer manufactures an 11" MacBook Air; therefore Best Buy does not have them for sale.
