The Touch Bar is something Apple has started using that replaces the function keys on the keyboard (F1 through F12) with a touch-sensitive bar (basically like a small, really wide touchscreen). However, no model of the MacBook Air has this; it is currently only found on the higher-end models of the MacBook Pro.
