They will, but you will have to pay geek squad for the service, if you have total tech it is included for free, as well as appllecare being included. If you dont want to pay for either the Mac does have a tool during setup where you can transfer files but it takes a while for everything to move over

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.they will not. I just returned my purchase and canceled total tech and apple care. the geek squad rep told me they are not authorized to work on apple products including transferring files from the old Mac to the new one.
