It comes with the standard 35w charger. The fast charger is available as a separate accessory you can buy. Alternatively, if you order directly from Apple's website, you can choose which power adapter you would like bundled with the MacBook Air. On Apple's website, you can also choose configurations with more RAM, and/or more storage space. Keep in mind however, that choosing more RAM, storage, or the higher powered fast charger, will increase the cost.

This is an upgrade over the 30W single port adapter which comes with the base model (256GB) and seems to charge this laptop quite quickly since it has a relatively small battery (though massively long battery life) and offers a spare charging port for a phone etc. (though will charge both together more slowly).
