What’s better? Refurbished or preowned? null

I would say refurbished because they are being checked before being to sale.

The fact that a refurbished has been certified by a professional IT makes it a better investment than a preowned. However, if if know and trust the person who owns the PC, and it’s in a good condition, go for the preoned
