“Explain the different grades, A, B, & C, for laptop computers. If one is not Grade A does that mean it is bad?”

• No the grade may be a scratch or some little cosmetic damage. I bought a grade b and cannot tell the difference.

• The grade of a refurbished computer refers to the physical appearance of the laptop. Grade A basically means there is no physical flaws. I ordered this computer (Grade B) and there are nearly no physically flaws, except a mark/smudge on one key.
