“Why Can’t I use upgrade + to pick up at store. Is it only for shipping?”

• It only allows shipping! No option for pickup although the store has the product? Customer Support could not help me either!!

• I used upgrade plus and picked it up yesterday on Feb 6th. I didn’t have any issues. Maybe it has something to do with the store location.
