The only place I have seen where you can customize like this is on the Apple website - you would have to purchase from them directly.

There gonna need detailed whereabouts of your last six months movements. Any and all religious or organized group associations and you will be on a no travel watch list for the next 8-10 months. I would be careful even asking for such a configuration, and if you mention Sudafed in conjunction with such a request, you go straight to Rikers Island for a 1-3yr bid.
