Hi there Mary! There are a few possible reasons why your Apple Pencil 2nd Generation might not be working, even though it's charging. Here are a few things to try: Make sure that your Apple Pencil is paired with your iPad. You can do this by going to Settings > Bluetooth and tapping on the name of your Apple Pencil. Restart your iPad. This can often fix minor software glitches. Check for updates to your iPad's software. Go to Settings > General > Software Update and install any available updates. Clean the tip of your Apple Pencil. A dirty tip can prevent your Apple Pencil from working properly. Try using your Apple Pencil in a different app. If it's only not working in one particular app, it could be a problem with the app itself. If you've tried all of the above and your Apple Pencil is still not working, you may need to contact Apple Support for further assistance. I hope this helps! Let me know if you have any other questions. :)
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. There could be a few reasons: 1) Bluetooth connection: if your Bluetooth is off, the pencil wont connect. 2) unpair and re-pair the pencil to the iPad, sometimes it just needs a fresh connection 3) Pencil Tip: if it's connected but not writing it could be the actual tip of the pencil that's not securely fastened or damaged, I replaced mine with a 4 pack of pencil tips and that seemed to do the trick. Hope that helps!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I would try updating your iPad to the latest IOS. That tends to fix issues, next bring it to the Apple Store.

Here are a few things to check: Make sure that the Apple Pencil is properly paired with your iPad. You can do this by going to Settings > Bluetooth and making sure that the Apple Pencil is listed under My Devices. If it's not listed, try pairing it again. Restart your iPad. This can often fix minor software glitches. Check the tip of the Apple Pencil for damage. If the tip is damaged, it may need to be replaced. Check the screen of your iPad for dirt or damage. A dirty or damaged screen can interfere with the Apple Pencil's functionality. Try updating the software on your iPad. Apple periodically releases software updates that can fix bugs and improve performance. If you've checked all of the above and your Apple Pencil is still not working, then it's possible that there is a hardware issue with the Pencil itself. In this case, you may need to contact Apple Support for further assistance. I hope this helps and you don't have any more problems with it!
