Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.No, it is completely harmless to consistenly leave your Pencil in a "Charging" state. The iPad Pro will only charge it up to 80%, then a "trickle" charge is administered for the remaining 20%. Once the Pencil has reached 100%, the "trickle" charge will go into affect when the iPad Pro senses the Pencil charge drop below 100%.
