Hi there, As far as I'm concerned Best Buy does not currently offer a battery replacement service for the Apple Pencil 2nd generation. If your Apple Pencil 2nd generation is having battery problems, you will need to contact Apple Support for assistance. Apple offers a one-year warranty on the Apple Pencil 2nd generation, so if your Pencil is still under warranty, you may be eligible for a free replacement. If your Pencil is not under warranty, Apple may be able to repair or replace it for a fee. I hope this info helps! :)

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I believe it be wiser to just head to a local Apple store or the Apple website and reach out to a personel; they might just swap it out if its defective or give you a discount for another one.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The battery is rechargeable. If it is no longer charging, I’m not sure if geek squad would be able to change it. I think you may have to go to Apple or possibly replace it. Hope that helped somewhat.
