It actually is on the left side of the screen it looks like it's defective. It looks cloudy. The battery also doesn't last that long. I've been wanting to return it but my 10yr old doesn't he said he doesn't mind because he had been with out a phone. Which was also purchased from Best Buy but I didn't know it was only for sprint and sprint didn't want to unlock it so I bough this current one. He just wants any that kinda works
