• A:Answer The phones are used so no two sold will be identical. The one I bought only had a very minor blemished spot on the back and the screen looked like new. The battery was in good shape as well. I’ve read a few reviews that say people were unhappy with how theirs looked, but from my experience, I was quite happy that the phone was in such good condition. My 10 year old daughter uses it daily and has had no issues whatsoever. We keep it in an otterbox defender case so that it remains in the great condition it came in for as long as possible. I very highly recommend these cases as well. They’re speedy but worth every single penny!

• A:Answer No. Unfortunately this phone will not work on boost mobile’s network as boost is a cdma network and this phone is gsm. It doesn’t, however, work with metropcs. They have $30/mo unlimited no contract plans. I’ve been using them for over a decade now and ordered this phone for my kiddo about a month ago and she loves it.

• A:Answer I have Mint mobile (which uses T-Mobile's network), and the phone works. Mint mobile has a feature on their site where you can type your phone brand and model, and they can verify if the phone will work. I would imagine T-Mobile and Sprint would have something similar on their websites. Hope this helps.

• A:Answer I bought 2 CPO’s from them. They were priced well, but both batteries had to be replaced; were in poor condition. Worked fine otherwise. I thought they should’ve made sure the batteries were in at least good condition, but they didn’t. No discount on the replacement either, but was just $40, so still 1/2 the price of the 2nd gen SE new.

• A:Answer Yes, if you plan to use WiFi to call/text another iPhone account, it does work. Note that you will need some sort of WiFi service to utilize many of the features such as downloading apps etc. if you plan to just take photos or play games and or message other Apple accounts, this is a good pick.
