• It depends if you buy it preowned with a phone service attached. Then it should have a charger but if you’re getting it from someone selling it on bestbuy then you might not get a charger included.

• it should come with a charger and power bank. however the new iphones do not come with a power bank because it is now a usb type c. so you will need to buy your own

• They usually include all of the same things that are in the box brand new so wired headphones, charging cable, and wall adapter cube.
