• there were no cosmetic damage on the phone, and the screen was not scrathed. there is a $45 restocking charge if you return it, but Best Buy should fix any problems with the phone at no costs to you. ask them to confirm that. Purchased with Best Buy card plus credit card, was no problem. When you buy, you have to identify person picking it up.
