Q: QuestionI wonder if it is refurbished by apple and if I get it can I add apple care ?

• A:Answer I regret my purchase of a refurbished iphone from Best Buy. The on/off button has never worked correctly. It doesn't come with a good battery. I bought it 4 months ago and it needs recharged by 4pm each day. I would have been better off buying one reconditioned at apple (which provides a new battery), though it costs more there. (I'm in the middle of a move, so I haven't had a chance to ask Best Buy about it; it's possible they would have fixed these problems.)
