• A:Answer When I did my research for a reader I found that this cable, the usbc to sd reader was compatible for mac computers. There is also an usb to sd reader cable for the iphone. (Without the c). I do not own both cables so am not sure 100%. Was purchased for my son to transfer pics from camera to mac. Hope that helps.
