• This is their high end model called ‘the edition’. Nothing doesn’t different about the internals of the watch. The case is made of ceramic which is extremely scratch resistant. The watch face is sapphire glass (same as the stainless models I think).

• The watch is so much more expensive because it is limited edition, made in limited quantities, from one of the toughest substances on earth (ceramic), and because Apple likes charging a lot for unique items. :-)
