The Nike watch has the Nike run club app as well as some Nike-exclusive watch faces, and a more breathable band for working out. The Nike watch is the one to get for anyone who is into running. It has all the normal Apple Watch features as well. The normal Apple Watch has a different band which is not as breathable, that is the only thing the Nike version is missing.

The regular series 6 does not include the Nike watch faces and comes with a regular sport band. The Nike sport band is much more comfortable during activity as it is lighter and breathes better due to the holes in the band.
