Thats’s gonna indicate the size of the screen you’re purchasing. It’s measured similar to that of a TV screen diagonally. The 45mm in my opinion is huge so if you have a relatively small sized wrist I would get a smaller size. That being said if you need a larger screen but don’t want a very bulky watch the 44m would be the best bet for you. 1mm does actually make a difference from what I’ve seen

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The diagonal length of the watch’s screen, bigger screen size is intended for normal to big wrists and smaller screen size for smaller wrists, although it’s also just a preference thing. Battery life on both sizes should be the same as well
