• GOT MY WIFE APPLE WATCH 8 WITH M/L BAND AND RETURNED IT FOR S/M, SHE HAS SMALL WRISTS.

• Your best and prob easiest bet is to download the wrist measurement tool from apples website and print it. That is if your looking for the sport loop.
