Yes. Built-in it can track all of the above and more. It’ll save it to your “Apple Health” data and you can use other apps if you want ultra specific functionality. Here’s a few screenshots. (Don’t judge me for not being active lately.) It’ll show, steps, time, distance is on a different screen, your walking/step trends. It’ll even show you historical data. I can see all the way back to late 2014 (that’s how long I’ve been tracking). Hope these screenshots help. This is just a small small snippet of all the data you can see on your iPhone that’s paired with your watch. None of this is exclusive to Series 9. This data is super basic and has been part of Apple Watch since close to if not from the very beginning. The benefits of this watch over other trackers is the seamless integration with an iPhone and the other health sensors that come with it. Heart rate, ECG, Blood Oxygen (gone on new models. See my review for more info)
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. This is probably my 5th Apple Watch and sadly I don’t always make full usage of all the apps I actually had to look I believe the picture I added is probably what you’re referring to so probably it does I usually count steps I wish I could add more exercise to my life and pay attention to more than the steps
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes and it tracks stairs. It knows your walking and asks if you want to record it after a certain distance.
