• I have the 45mm with medium wrists and would not go larger. Unless you don’t mind wearing a computer monitor on your arm.

• The 49mm ultra is meant for sports and extra battery life and bigger more rugged but all of them can make text bigger in settings so you should probably ask an Apple Tech but the 49mm won’t aid sight very much in my opinion especially vs software text enlargement.
