The Ultra 2 comes with a charging "pod", which is a magnetic disk that attaches to the back of the watch to charge. There's no mechanical connection between the pod and the watch. The pod connects to a USB-C jack for power. It does not come with a wall connection, so you need to have an available USB-C port for charging.

My Ultra 2 came with a charger that plugged into USB-C. Unfortunately, it came with the proprietary Apple Watch charger but not the wall plug adapter portion to do the connecting to the power. So, YES it has a charger AND “No” not everything you need to get power to recharge.
