The Apple Ocean Band in the Color option – Midnight is definitely a darker shade of Blue - not Black (see photo's).

The actual watch only has a titanium finish. Apple has a few bands select from and I believe you may be able to use bands form your existing Apple Watch

Hard to tell but it is slightly blue in my opinion .
