They use the same bands as other Apple Watches.

Any 44, 45, or 49 band will work….the bands also have lengths ranging from small to large … choose based on you wrist size

That varies. Think of small medium and large. Watches come with one band, so measure your wrist (in millimeters) and then you can figure out the size you want. If ordering online, you’ll pick a size, so make sure that you are aware of the one you have selected.
