A:AnswerNOPE. I am experiencing this now and that 2 year plan only covers DAMAGE, and requires the return of damaged item(s). Best Buy salesman lied because he told me “…damage, theft and loss..”. Apple Support said BestBuy got it wrong!
A:AnswerThey should replace it. The only thing I was told about that is that if you break the AirPod by getting it wet because they are not water proof than they won’t fix that.
A:AnswerI’m really not sure I haven’t used it yet. It should tell you when you purchase the Apple Care. I haven’t read the Apple Care I just new I needed something to cover these in case something happens to them.
