I took my Apple 11 back to Best Buy twice to get repaired, they couldn't repair it. They said I had to take it to an Apple Store. My phone hasn't worked right since I bought it in October and then with the Corvid the Apple Store is closed. I am now on chat with an apple rep who is doing all the same things that Best Buy did. This has been the worst experience I've ever had With a phone. I just want them to replace it! It’s a lemon!

Please try again later.I was told at my Best Buy that if you choose to utilize the AppleCare+ benefits at Best Buy they have to send your phone out for replacement, where as the Apple store will usually have a replacement in stock and swap it out. It believe that it depends on the model that you have.
