Does Apple Care replace lost airpods null

I lost 1 airpod before and with my apple care they replaced my 1 airpod which I thought was pretty cool, and even when one airpod went out they replaced that one as well.

We've been told no, they only cover technical stuff not lost or stolen Ipods

No. Lost AirPods have to be repurchased…

You can buy a replacement for a left or right AirPod or the Charging Case. Your replacement will be new. AppleCare+ for Headphones does not cover lost or stolen AirPods

Sorry, Derrick. Lost AirPods = no, but damaged = yes. If you purchased with a credit card, maybe you could get reimbursed through their insurance policy. It's worth a check.

I am not sure...I have not lost the Airpods. I lost the case and applecare did not cover replacement but offered a discount to purchase a new case.
