Unfortunately, no. A1Up has claimed that they MIGHT release a version of the much-beloved Turbo in 2021.

Arcade 1Up said in Feb ‘21 that they will absolutely not release the Turbo mode for the Ms Pac-Man cocktail due to being a very low-cost SKU only intended for a limited release with Best Buy, and not planned for any customer support or software enhancements beyond 2020. The Dec 2020 firmware release was the very last support release for this end of life cabinet.
