You can return item back to beat buy (I thought it had to be in original packaging but I believe they changed that, I still keep box, I do for most large fragile items) for any reason and they will replace it for a new one. I love best buys 2yr plan. I paid a little over $600 with their 2yr coverage plan. I'm extremely happy.

A:AnswerI'm not sure I understand your question (I can't tell if you're having problems), but before you screw the top on, download and install the firmware update from Arcade1Up. The update will improve the UI and add two new games, for a total of ten games.
