It is impossible to get technical support on Arlo cameras. There is no phone number or person to talk to. The written instructions do not work for all cameras. There are compatibility issues between new generation cameras and old. Very dissatisfied with Arlo’s inability to provide a phone contact or email for technical questions!

Please try again later.So If I understand correctly the answer is no -I cannot add any new cameras because I won’t be able to see them on my phone like my old cameras unless I buy a subscription. Given the old cameras are only purchased earlier this year , his is really disappointing and Im glad I switched to the Eufy brand for my other home.
