• Yes you can, just go onto the arlo app, manage devices in settings select the camera then head to video settings, then hit low light and boom disable spotlight.

• Yes, under the camera's settings, you can choose to turn the spotlight of the camera on/off. When it is disabled, its light won't turn on when camera detects motion. ^RM
