First make sure your battery is fully charged before trying to connect or use. Easy step by step directions are given in the Arlo App, just make sure you’re connecting via the ‘Wireless’ doorbell and not the ‘Wired’, as they look identical in the pictures.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Hi. There are base stations that allow you to plug in a USB flash drive for video recording, but that is primarily on the older base stations. I have this doorbell and the Arlo Pro 2 camera system, and if I want to record longer pieces of video and allow for storage, I had a cloud storage subscription. It is cheap, depending on the number of cameras, and it works without issues.
