• Not for network connectivity. But they can be wired for power to the charging cable plugged into the charging adapter full time.

• Yes they can in 2 different ways: Arlo Pro 3 or Ultra Solar panels Or Arlo power adapter with optional longer cord.

• Yes, they can be powered more permanently by using the indoor or outdoor magnetic charging cable sold separately by Arlo. The outdoor water resistant cable part number is VMA5600C while the indoor is the VMA5000C
