Will this work with Fidelity Communications ISP? null

This device is compatible to work with major cable internet service providers that allow DOCSIS 3.0/DOCSIS 3.1 retail devices to be provisioned on their network. Please contact your internet service provider to verify the compatibility

The quick start guide does not say they do or don't support Fidelity. You should call your service provide and ask them directly. The only ISP's listed as supported in the guide are Xfinity, Cox and Spectrum.
