Yes it does. I too use a VPN when I work from home, (using an RSA SecureID token to login to my company’s network). Even though VPN compatibility isn't evident anywhere on the box, it was an easy install & was a smooth transition from my previous router/moden to this one.

There is an option for VPN services that connect your router directly to the VPN server and by default everything that connects to the router goes through VPN without having to install additional software or log in on every device..... this option is great if you want all of your internet traffic encrypted. However, most streaming video services will NOT let you use their service through a VPN. In my experience when a router says it supports VPN it means you can log in to the VPN directly through the router... I have used Cisco VPN for work in so many places (friends, cafes, hotels, etc) and never had an issue with connecting.
