A:AnswerYes. The G36 is compatible with spectrum. The G34 is hard wired (ethernet cable only) and the G36 has wifi built in. I did have a hard time getting wifi to function, however tech support did resolve the issue. Streaming with this modem is fantastic.
A:AnswerNot sure what you mean by split. It has 2 wifi connections the 5g and the normal 2g. 5g has a short range but faster speeds. The slower 2g connection covers my whole house.

A:AnswerIm having the exact same issue. Im told it's the firmware. Arris does not have a new one. They also will not give one. Im told I have to go through my isp as they have to approve it to work on their network
