• Those are the Power (indicating the power connection to the modem), Receive (Downstream Link status), Send (Upstream Link status), and Online (Internet Connection status). The color on the LEDs will depend on the status of your modem, but if it's activated and running online smoothly, it should display the following colors: - Power (Green), Receive (Blue), Send (Blue), and Online (Green)
