A50s still work through usb only. BUT!!!! You can't adjust game/chat with the headset buttons, forces you to adjust actual game settings audio.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have a PS5 and the Astro A50’s. No you just only plug the USB cord into the back of the PS5 and it delivers sound that way. The sound is still 3-Dimensional but I have to admit it’s a little stale from the PS4 with that extra small cord to increase sound quality.
