Yes it will cause the Ninetendo switch does have a 3.5mm jack on it for this type of Headset to be used on.

You would have to plug them into the switch and since it is a headset, it has a splitter (one for output and one for the mic) or just one plug in. So you may be able to use it for sound but I am not sure about the mic feature.
