A:AnswerSame thing happened to me I just didn’t have the cord all the way in the headset. If that doesn’t work just send it to Astro it still is under warranty.
A:AnswerShould fit a child around 10 years of age and up. I am an adult male with a small head and the headset fits me well which i was pleasantly surprised by.
A:AnswerI used this with my PS4 for the first time and the same thing happened. I had to reset and plug in/out twice and then it started working all of a sudden.
A:AnswerDepends what you mean by this.
If you plan to use it on a PC than you would need to get a different version that comes with a USB or you can by a audio splitter since the cable it comes with would only allow you to do 1 or the other (hear/speak)
If you plan to plug it into your phone or another device, than yes it works fine and you are able to hear and speak through this headset, I do it sometimes with my iPhone.
