- Answer It has a switch on the back between PS4 and PC mode. Plus, you need to set it up through your PC first since it needs firmware updates.

- Answer Yes. It has a PC and PS4 mode. Plus, you have to set it up through PC anyways to get it to work as it needs the latest firmware updates to work properly.

- Answer Yes, i purchased the PS4 version and it will connect to PC/Mac as well. This uses a optical cable/and USB for the base station to work to either game console or PC.

QuestionI recently had to return my headset for a replacement and they are 2 different versions. How do I know which version I have now? The new one has a more flexible mic compared to the returned one that had a more rigid mic.

- Answer When you say different versions, do you mean the Playstation and Xbox version? The Xbox version is black with gold letters. The Playstation version is black with silver letters. The more "rigid" mic is mostly the previous Generation (Gen 3). The current available A50s are usually Gen 4. Hopes this helps.

You'll need to buy the A50 that is for PC and Xbox, which can be found here: https://www.bestbuy.com/site/astro-gaming-astro-a50-base-station-rf-wireless-over-the-ear-headphones-for-xbox-one-pc-and-mac-black/6349970.p?skuId=6349970 I own both, as we have have both systems. The headsets work amazingly well and are worth every penny. They are comfortable for extended wear, have a great battery life, and the sound quality is phenomenal.

QuestionThe sound on the headphones keeps constantly cutting in and out, as if the headset keeps turning off and on. I've updated the firmware and let the headset fully charge, but it keeps cutting even if I'm just listening to music. Only had these for 2 weeks.

- Answer Check your cables and your PS4 settings. It also helps to make sure you're not sitting too far away, and you don't have too many wireless devices between you and the base station that can interfere with the signal.
