- Answer RF stand for Radio Frequency. The 4th gen uses 2.4Ghz and the 3rd gen uses 5Ghz. The issue with this is these are the same bands that Wireless internet uses in your home so it cause interference with the headset

- Answer These are fairly light. I just used them for 4 hours with no fatigue. They're not hot on the ears either. My Turtle Beach Elite Pro 2s would get very hot on my ears.

- Answer This is my first headset that I’ve owned so no experience on the ones that came prior but I will say this. The quality of the headset feels very soft on your ears and head. On the first day I wore them I was a little fatigued by them around my ears. But after I used them again they felt great. Sometimes I forget I have them on.

QuestionFrom past reviews on the A50s there was a charging station to headset connection issue. In this new A50 headset has that been fixed? Does the mic take out background noise up to how many DBs? Does the RF automatically select the best frequency?

- Answer It still bugs out when you turn off the Xbox and turn it on again. I have to unplug the base and replug it to fix the issue. Can get annoying but it’s just 2 seconds

- Answer These require two different set ups. Ps5 has one and Xbox another. Not sure you can do both at same time. Can try looking at YouTube.

QuestionI have the gen 3 version for PS4 which also works for PC. Just to try it I also can connect to Xbox One. Since it's wireless why would there be any difference as to what platform you use it on?

- Answer The only difference is the "CHAT". If you do like me, and hook it to your TV Optical, and use a switch box to have it work with all systems, Roku, etc.. then for Audio it works fine. If you want to do in game chat, that is where you would have to go with one base or the other, for Xbox or PS4. I do understand they are doing an update so it will work with Xbox Series X/S, and PS5.

- Answer The answer to this is the people who had them already are with Best Buy’s invite only program. The program is for those who review products regularly! I kinda feel it’s ridiculous how they get it earlier than us ( PAYING customers) but I guess that’s just how the cookie crumbles.
