yes it links to everything it is great and easy to use

Yes this can run Android apps but this doesn't run the Android operating system. All Chromebooks use the "Chrome OS" operating system. Chrome OS is a lightweight operating system that can run on low end computers and PCs how ever they can't run most windows apps. ( Unless you use parallel's virtual machine but that doesn't apply to this computer. ) Also yes, this uses software made by Google.
