QuestionI have bought one but have some difficulies installing an extra hdd. I have no where to plug it in. Could you help me with that?

- Answer There is a box with booklets in it. This box contains a bag with 4 screws and a ribbon cable. Remove the ribbon cable and connect the end to your hard drive then right under the NVME hard drive is a small connector. (it helps to remove the NVME). Push the cable in as far as it goes and push the black plastic tab down locking it in place. Reconnect the NVME and mount the HDD in the cage and remount the cage. You should be all set.

QuestionIs there no way to use a headset? They want one plug for the output (usually green) and (a usually red) one for the input for the mic in the headset. Can you use a headset with this laptop, as I see no 2nd 3.5mm jack (red one). Gaming comp w no headset?!

- Answer Yes. The port is for stereo + mic. U need a cable to turn it into a single cable. I've attached photos. Think of the jack like one for a cell phone. Most modern day headphones should come with the adapter.

- Answer Unfortunately only 1. I pointed this out as well on my review. However, it does come with sata attachment. Be careful to check the box and all packaging. Many have unintentionally threw away the adapter.

- Answer For the higher end spec laptops, I think you have to special order through Bestbuy.com or order in store(they order through bestbuy.com for you). Normally the xx60 are available in store. For the xx70 and higher, has to be ordered online. The only way you can get it in store is if someone returns it any you buy it as open box.
