Yes, it will connect via a HDMI or a Display Port connection. The Monitor doesn't have a mini display port, Thunderbolt or a mini HDMI. If your PS5 has HD 2160 potential and you connect with the Display Port, it will show on this monitor. If not, it will not. Any upscaling in video is usually in the programing of the DVD, Blu Ray, PS etc units not the monitor. I know that it works very well with a PS3 with an HDMI cable at 1920 x 1080 and a gaming laptop and a desktop with the HDMI and/or a Display Port.
