“Having trouble getting through to Asus chat support. Based on entering name and serial number it refers me to Best Buy for support. What is going on?”

• ASUS the brand and products/customer support is nowhere near as great as HP and Dell. Don't listen to these best buy employees who say ASUS is great because its a lie, bought a new Zenbook s16 and its been having an insane amount of issues.
