• A:Answer I am the most non technical savvy person you can imagine. I read lost of reviews on this from multiple sites and the general finding was that it worked well for everyone on all systems. I purchased a refurbished Dell that I thought had wi-fi build in. Realized on set up it did not. I order the item, inserted it and had immediate access. I am on Spectrum home wi-fi with their box. Other people's reviews were using routers from different companies. Hope this helps. I am very satisfied with my purchase. Easy, easy easy.

• A:Answer I followed the instructions, and everything went well - it just took a long time to recognize things (Be Patient!). Install the software first, then shut off (reboot) the PC. Insert the WiFi adapter in to a USB port. Your computer should recognize the new hardware.

Q: QuestionLets say i dont have wifi like xfinity or a ethernet, and the only thing i can use to access the internet is cellular data. But i want to get a laptop and again i dont have wifi! if i get this will i be able to have access to the internet and play games?

• A:Answer NO - It will NOT work with Windows XP, especially if still 32 bit. It is NOT compatible and Set-up.xls will NOT run. Trying to manually obtain and set up a driver also did not work. This adapter just is NOT for Win XP./ 2020-October/cmr

Q: QuestionWill this work with Windows 7? Also, since my computer doesn't have a working NIC card at the moment, will this self-install a driver upon insertion? Or do I have to download the driver on another computer and transfer it via usb stick or something?
