• there are mods to do so but not recommended. batteries can catch fire. it is replaceable in the event your battery gets damaged. plug and play like any other laptop

• At this present time, there is no option for a battery upgrade. Asus will not release a larger battery and since this is so new, there is no 3rd party replacements on the market yet. Due the limited size inside the unit, there might be minimal upgrade paths for the battery. I personally got a large battery bank that supplies a 65watt USB-C output that I keep in my back pack and plug it into there.
